Budget Meeting Minutes - October 17, 2024

1. Call to order 5pm

2. Three Board members and Treasurer present. Mike, Dee, Shaji, Ed.

3. Unanimous vote from Board for 5% increase in 2025 annual dues. And approval of 2025 Budget.

4. During the meeting Crystal Canney raised the question “why wasn’t the audit that I requested done” Louise Jones questioned why it was necessary to have a 5% increase.

5. Neither Crystal or Louise were satisfied with the answers to their questions.
