Budget Meeting Minutes

Meeting Date: October 14, 2025

Location: Gazebo

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Michael McCann, President. A quorum was established.

Attendance

• Ed Erris, Treasurer

Homeowners Present:

• George Mitchell

• Chris Quinn

• Michelle Quinn

• Scott Thompson

Budget Review and Discussion

• The Board unanimously voted not to increase the annual dues for the upcoming fiscal year.

• This decision reflects appreciation for the continued volunteer efforts within the community, which have resulted in substantial cost savings and allowed dues to remain unchanged from the previous year.

• Treasurer Ed Erris proposed consolidating several budget categories and line items to simplify accounting and improve financial tracking.

• The Board reviewed and agreed to the proposed changes.

• Ed also suggested that we establish a separate bank account for reserve/ contingency.

• Mike agreed to Ed at the bank open that account.

Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

• Ed Erris raised the topic of the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner and requested the names of all individuals who attend for transparency purposes.

• Ed Erris went on to state that spouses of volunteers should not be allowed to attend Appreciation Dinners if they had not volunteered themselves.
