Architectural Improvement Application
Homeowners must obtain prior approval from the Architectural Committee before making any external changes or improvements to their property. This includes—but is not limited to—changes to:

Exterior paint (house, trim, doors, shutters), even if repainting the same color

Fences, walls, pools, and driveways

Sidewalk or driveway paint (must be gray and closely match natural concrete)

Pavers (require color approval)

Note: Temporary or standalone structures (e.g., sheds) are not permitted.
Homeowners—not contractors—are responsible for submitting this form. All work must comply with Indian River County zoning regulations.
The Architectural Committee’s role is to maintain the aesthetic and structural standards of The Laurels as outlined in our governing documents, helping to preserve property values.
