FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

December 4, 2024

Dear Homeowners,

Please be advised that the Annual Meeting a of The Laurels Community Association Inc. shall be held at the following date, time, and place:

Place: ​​The Unity Center of Vero Beach

          ​​950 43rd Ave. Vero Beach, FL 32960

Time:​ 7:00PM

All current Board members have volunteered to continue to serve for the year 2025.

If you are interested in being a Board Member, please complete and return the enclosed Intent to Be a Candidate Form. All intent forms must be received by December 21, 2024.  This information will be mailed to all owners with our second notice of meeting along with a ballot and proxy for the election.  

Nominations will be taken from the floor; however, in order for your name to be placed on the ballot, you must return your Candidate Form by the date stated above.
