1. Call to order Mike McCann

2.  Introductions, New Board Member Jack Benevento, New Treasurer Crystal Canney.

3. Financial Report. Crystal Canney

4. Bunny Riccardi and Donna Hedgecock express disappointment over Rule #18 key west style metal roofs Not allowed.  Mort Brown Applauded and thanked all Board members and volunteers for their hard work in our community. Mike McCann warned of the coyote presence in the community. Andy Klienschmidt requested a more detailed budget.
